By placing an order with Doppel Doll Design ("we", "us", or "our") at doppeldolldesign.com, you agree to the following terms and conditions.

Orders and Customization

• All sales are final. Due to the custom nature of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges.
• You are responsible for submitting accurate information and clear photos for your custom doll order.
• Orders will not be processed until all required photos and information have been received.
• Doppel Doll Design reserves the right to cancel orders that cannot be fulfilled due to insufficient or unusable photos.

Pricing and Group Orders

• Pricing is tiered based on group order size. Final pricing is determined by the number of orders placed under the same group discount code.
• If a group order does not reach the expected quantity, customers may be required to pay a balance adjustment to reflect the applicable pricing tier.
• Orders will not be processed until all balances are paid in full.

• By providing your phone number at checkout, you consent to receive SMS messages from Doppel Doll Design regarding your order.
• Message frequency varies based on order status. Message and data rates may apply.
